Ordering & Payment

There is no minimum order amount. When you place an order confirmation of total cost and delivery dates will be advised. A £100 non-returnable deposit is then required and no order will be processed until this is received.

Interim payments are required upon completion of Save the Dates, Day and Evening Invites, as applicable.

The £100 deposit will be redeemed against the final invoice.

Payment is required either when the items are collected or, in the case of posting them, before dispatch.

For any order under the value of £100 full payment is required on confirmation of the order.

Proofs will be sent out to confirm the design of all items that are required, we then ask that these are signed, dated and returned before we progress with the order.

We accept cheques, made payable to E.L.Bryant, cash or can provide banking details for a BACS transfer.

In the event of additional invitations, etc, being required we do not charge extra for the production of the extras - they are charged at the same rate as the main order.


Once designs are approved, your order will be ready within 1 weeks, subject to all materials being available. Should you have a more urgent request please contact us as we will do our utmost to produce your stationery as quickly as possible.

Postage and Packaging will be an additional charge. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery and the value of the items is considered and insurance cover added as necessary. The cost of postage is then added to the invoice.


All stationery is made to order to your individual requirements. Refunds or exchange are only given if the merchandise is faulty. In the unlikely event of cancellation orders must be paid for in full.
